Dale Crawford is a retired businessman who has turned his creative energies into carving eagles. Dale's eagles are hand-carved from naturally seasoned juniper, cedar, redwood, manzanita and other "found" pieces; and he has access to a hidden Pacific Northwest ocean beach where he hand-selects unique pieces of driftwood. Crawford has spent a number of years studying and perfecting the "occularity" of eagles. Dale carves the eagles from redwood, western juniper, cedar, manzanita and other naturally aged pieces; and he hand-selects driftwood from a "secret" Pacific Northwest Ocean beach. Each of Crawford's pieces is signed, comes with an Artist's Statement, has its own provenance--which re-tells the story of where Dale found the piece--and Certificate of Authenticity.
