Oregon sculptor Rip Caswell has works on display in Troutdale, Oregon, Jackson Hole, Wyoming and, formerly, at Inscapes Gallery in Newport, Oregon. Caswell specializes in wildlife representation done in bronze. Caswell's pieces can range from the "study" size of just a few inches to life-size Elk, Deer and Moose which may range up to eight feet in height. Although principally a wildlife artist, Rip also has the ability to capture the tenderness and strength in humans, and one of his more popular pieces is of a couple celebrating fifty or sixty years of marriage. This sculpture, entitled "Lasting Love," comes complete with a real diamond ring which is specially ordered for each casting of the limited edition bronze.
